Welcome to W.I.N.

The mission of the Washington Imagination Network (W.I.N.) is to provide creative problem-solving opportunities for the youth of Washington State. W.I.N. is the Washington State affiliate organization for Destination ImagiNation, Inc., led by Affiliate Director Barb Sailors. 

W.I.N. helps Washington DI teams by providing training for Team Managers and Volunteer Appraisers, with coordination of Regional and State Tournaments, and Regional Challenge Masters.  We coordinate Instant Challenge Days for training and practice, and provide newsletters, resources for team selection, Team Managers for training team members, and support for all groups.  Scholarship opportunities to go toward higher education exist through W.I.N. at the state level.
