Welcome to the Washington Imagination Network
The mission of W.I.N. is to provide creative problem-solving
opportunities for the youth of Washington State. Serving as the Washington
State affiliate organization for Destination ImagiNation, Inc. provides the
vehicle to accomplish our mission. The Destination ImagiNation program in
Washington state is partially funded through OSPI (Office of Superintendent
of Public Instruction) and the Washington State legislature. W.I.N. helps
Washington State Destination ImagiNation teams by providing training for team managers and volunteer appraisers,
with coordination of regional and
state tournaments, and Regional Challenge Masters. We coordinate Instant
Challenge Days for training and practice; provide
newsletters, resources for team selection, team managers for training team
members, and support for all groups. Scholarship opportunities exist through W.I.N. at the state level.
