How to Register your Team(s)
Important note about registration for new Team Managers:
Registration of your DI team is a two step process:
Step 1: Purchase your Team Number(s) through Destination ImagiNation, Inc. Team Numbers are available in 1-Paks, 5-Paks,
and Institutional Customer 30+ Team Paks. Purchase the Pak that fits your needs online, by mail or by phone here.
Step 2: Submit your Team Registration and signed Volunteer Form(s), to your Affiliate (Washington). NOTE: Your registration is
NOT COMPLETE without your SIGNED Volunteer Form(s)!
Print, complete and mail your Team Registration and signed Volunteer Form(s) to PO Box 1738, Coupeville, WA 98239-1738.
Step 3: Submit signed Consent Forms, for each participant, to your Regional Director.
